By doing a small amount of research I think we can start to put together a list of who's playing on what days. For example www.tiesto.com/ has Tiesto playing on Sat. So here we go Friday 26thKings of Leon (http://www.kingsofleon.com/tour) JJ Grey and MOFRO (http://www.mofro.net/tour/map/) Preservation Hall Jazz Band (http://www.preservationhall.com/band/index-concerts.htm) (they don't list the Voodoo show, but they have dates scheduled for the 27th and 28th) Fall Out Boy (http://www.falloutboyrock.com/falloutboy/tour.php) Porcupine Tree (http://www.porcupinetree.com/tour.cfm) Galactic (http://www.galacticfunk.com/) Saturday 27thTiesto (http://www.tiesto.com/) Sinead O'Connor (http://www.sineadoconnor.com/live.htm) Fleur de Tease (http://www.myspace.com/fleurdetease) Spoon (http://www.spoontheband.com/) Earl Greyhound (http://www.earlgreyhound.com/shows.php) Dexateens (http://www.myspace.com/dexateens) Ben Harper (http://www.benharper.net/?page=tour) Coheed/Cambria (http://www.coheedandcambria.com/index2.html Bonerama (http://www.bonerama.net/shows.html) Earl Greyhound (http://www.earlgreyhound.com/shows.php) Rage Against The Machine Sunday 28thDr. John (http://www.pollstar.com/tour/searchall.pl?AN=Y&By=Artist&Content=DRJOHN&PSKey=Y) The Black Crowes (http://www.blackcrowes.com/) Paolo Nutini (http://www.paolonutini.com/gigs/) Any help would be appreciated, there are plenty more to go!

Thanks Nola! I'm feeling hexed by conflicts already. well - keep refreshing because I keep adding to Nola's orginal post - the one that has me bummed is The Black Crowes on Sunday - I bet I will miss them and they are the main reason I wanted to go to Voodoo - I missed there here in jackson in June because I was in Manchester and will miss them again because I have to get home to Jackson

That truly sux. Maybe if they play early enough you can negotiate with your sitter. off topic - my most excellent daughter saw them here (in DC) a while back and said the fans were mostly meatheads, drunk and obnoxious. hopefully that won't be the case at Voodoo. She also said they jammed every song waaaay to long. That's just her HO. I've never seen them.

where did you find about rage on saturday???
Voodoo is not even post in their website. I hope they play on sunday, so they close the festival as they did in Coachella.

is it possilbe to over jam a song?...usually, fans love jam sessions and the more a crowd is grooving, the band keeps on jamming...they feel the vibes from the crowd

I saw them at Coachella last april, and it was crazy, I was in the front pit and it was completely dangerous but it was worth it!!You could feel all the adrenaline, and all the people pushing, jumping, body surfing, the "mosh pit"!It was great And as you said there were a lot of assholes completely drunk that were trying to fight, but just punch in their faces and you are gonna be respected by all the crowd lol
